With the release of ProtoSphere® 2.1, users of all older versions of the ProtoSphere® Demo will need to upgrade to this latest version. Please review the following instructions to download and install a Demo version of ProtoSphere® 2.1.
Important Notes: Read First
ProtoSphere® 1.5.4 Users:
- ProtoSphere® 1.5.4 is NOT compatible with ProtoSphere® 2.1. Therefore, all users of ProtoSphere® 1.5.4 must upgrade to ProtoSphere® 2.1.
- After upgrading to Version 2.1, all 1.5.4 users must create new accounts.
ProtoSphere® 2.0 Users:
- ProtoSphere® 2.0 Demo Users will not need to create a new account.
To find out what version of ProtoSphere® you are using:
- Log into ProtoSphere®.
- Click “Help” in the Menu Bar at the top of ProtoSphere®.
- From the “Help” menu, click on “About ProtoSphere.”
- A small “About” window will launch over ProtoSphere®. Your version of ProtoSphere® will be displayed just below the ProtoSphere® logo.
- If you are using any version of ProtoSphere® other than 2.1, you must upgrade. To upgrade, continue to the next section.
- If your System Administrator or IT Department originally installed your version of ProtoSphere®, you will need to contact them to have them install the latest version.

- Because ProtoSphere® 2.1 is not compatible with Version 1.5.4, you will need to request a new ProtoSphere® account. To do so, click here, then complete and submit the following form.
